Your data may also be recorded in a database on the server afferent to the website;

  1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purposes of the processing of your data are to provide you with a better browsing experience in line with the preferences you have already expressed when browsing online, or to enable us to contact you through the contact details you have sent us in order to fulfill any requests you may have contained in the message sent to us through the contact forms, to arrange an appointment at the facility nearest to you or to inform you of any appointment reminders, messages and promotional initiatives and market research promoted by the facilities participating in our project.

  1. NATURE OF DATA AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

Navigation data:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected and saved in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses, the URI notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.

Data voluntarily provided by the user:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the completion and sending of contact forms involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The processing is carried out directly by the data controller, also through its internal appointees.

Cookies:

Cookies are short snippets of text that allow the web server to store information for reuse during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later, even days later (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device being used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as, for example, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5 can be used to collect information about user behavior and use of services. During browsing, these types of cookies will be installed by the site: session, analytical, and third-party profiling cookies, and in the remainder of this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies using simply the term “cookies.”

Based on the characteristics and use of cookies, we can distinguish different categories:

  1. Technical cookies: are those used only to “carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service.” They are not used for any further purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or operator. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure normal navigation and use of the website; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria in order to improve the service rendered to the same. For their installation, the users’ prior consent is not required, while the obligation to give the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code remains in place, which the operator of the site, if it uses only such devices, may provide in the manner it deems most appropriate.
  2. Profiling cookies: these are those designed to create profiles related to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of web browsing. Due to the particular invasiveness that these devices can have within the private sphere of users, European and Italian regulations provide that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express his or her valid consent. Article 122 of the Code provides that “the storage of information in the terminal device of a contractor or user or access to information that has already been stored is permitted only on condition that the contractor or user has expressed consent after being informed in the simplified manner referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3″ (Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). This site uses profiling cookies.
  3. Third-party cookies: 1. by visiting the website you may receive cookies from sites operated by other organizations (third parties), such as scripts or social plugins from Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn. These are parts of the page you visit, generated directly by the aforementioned sites and integrated into the page of the host site. The most common use of social plugins is aimed at sharing content on social networks. The presence of these involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites operated by third parties. The management of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the relevant disclosures to which please refer. For the sake of transparency and convenience, the web addresses of the various disclosures and cookie management methods are provided below.

This site also includes certain third-party analytical cookie components transmitted by:

Google Analytics: a web traffic analysis service provided by Google. Again, these are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). Google Analytics uses cookies to anonymously collect and analyze information about website usage behavior, including the user’s IP address. This information is collected and processed for the purpose of compiling reports regarding activity on the websites themselves. Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google or attempt to link an IP address with a user’s identity. Google may also disclose this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. This site uses Google’s analytics tool to track or collect personally identifiable information. Users can selectively disable Google Analytics by following the directions specified at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Session cookies remain active only until the browser is closed or any log-out command is issued. Persistent cookies remain active when the browser is closed to be available on subsequent user visits. In some cases an expiration date is set, determined by the server at the time of their creation, while in others the duration is unlimited until removed by the user.

HOW TO MANAGE AND DISABLE COOKIES

Users can decide whether or not to accept cookies using their browser settings. The usability of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies while the total or partial disabling of technical cookies may affect the use of site features reserved for registered users. Disabling “third-party” cookies, on the other hand, does not affect in any way the navigability of the sites. The setting can be defined specifically for different sites and web applications. In addition, browsers generally allow you to customize settings for different types of cookies, define whether or not to accept them and proceed to their removal.
